Eligibility For Returns: We accept returns only for products that are damaged upon arrival or those that do not match the intention of the product descriptions provided on our website.

Notification Of Damaged Or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within five days of receiving your order. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. This will help us file a claim in your name with the shipping company.

Broken And Missing Pieces: If any item is missing or broken, we reserve the right to replace it before offering a refund.

Return Authorization: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from The Shankara Oracle. To request authorization, please contact our customer service team at theshankaraexperience @ gmail . com.

Original Packaging: Returned items must be in their original shrink-wrapped packaging, unmolested, with all included components, accessories, and documentation. We cannot process returns for items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be processed.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to returns that are not due to damage or discrepancies as described on this page.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable upon purchase: video courses that are not The Shankara Master Course, and certification, audio courses, personal one-on-one sessions, Shankara readings, coaching, group events, live events, ebooks and all other digital downloads, personalized or customized products, and items that have been opened or used.

The Shankara Master Course: For a time, given its complexity, we will offer refunds for The Shankara Master Course according to this process: You you can request a refund via email within 48 hours of your enrollment in The Shankara Master Course and by submitting your request and proof of completion of the first two modules of the section “Awakening The Master Within” within 5 days of logging in (provided you log in within 3 days from the date of purchase).
